Services

Code & Vision provides web design, custom app development, pitch deck creation, financial modeling, and strategic business advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Payment

Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or at milestones specified in your project agreement. All prices are in US dollars. Late payments may delay delivery. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Revisions

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds as described at the time of engagement. Revision requests beyond those included will be scoped and billed separately at our standard hourly rate.

Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:

• Provide required content, assets, and feedback within agreed timelines
• Designate a single point of contact for approvals
• Ensure you have rights to any content or materials you provide to us

Delays caused by late client feedback may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary frameworks, tools, or templates we use to build your project.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your business details, financials, or project specifics to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Website Use

You agree not to use codeandvision.com to transmit harmful, unlawful, or spam content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

Code & Vision's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will note the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
